Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please present the email to the driver before boarding.

注意事项

  1. For the airport pickup, the driver will wait for you up for 1.5 hours after your arrival. If the driver fails to meet you in 1.5 hours after your arrival, your booking will be considered as a no-show.
  2. No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

How long will the driver wait for me after my flight arrives?

The driver will wait for up to 1.5 hours after your flight arrival. If the driver cannot meet you within 1.5 hours, your booking will be considered a no-show.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use the service on the day of the booking?

No refunds are issued if you do not use the service due to duplicate bookings with other providers. Please cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy to avoid charges.

Is the transfer price one-way or round-trip?

The price listed is for a one-way transfer only.

Can you provide transfers to nearby cities outside Busan?

Yes. For private transfers from Gimhae Airport or Busan Train Station to nearby cities like Gyeongju, Daegu, Changwon, Ulsan, or Pohang, please contact us at inquiry@trazy.com.
