Whisk premium matcha from Angan Dawon using a traditional bamboo whisk (chasen) and experience the authentic aroma and rich umami of matcha. Seasonal yanggaeng (sweet red bean jelly) or a small wagashi is also served.

Course 2: Matcha Latte
Add milk to freshly prepared matcha and create a smooth and creamy matcha latte.

Course 3: Hojicha Tea
Enjoy hojicha with its nutty aroma and comforting flavor, bringing the tea experience to a relaxing close.
