[Additional Fee]
  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the reserved pickup time. After that, an additional fee of 15,000 KRW per hour will apply, payable in cash directly to the driver.
  • For transfers between 10:00pm and 5:00am, an additional fee of 10~20 USD (Van & Big Van) will be charged. Please make sure to select and pay the Late Night/Early Morning option when booking.

유의 사항

  1. Please fill out everything in the "Required Information" field on the booking page.
  2. If the luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the van for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
  3. No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate bookings from any other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Pick-up and drop-off are available at any valid address in Seoul (hotel, guesthouse, Airbnb, Seoul Station, Lotte World, etc.). Just enter your address during booking.
The fare is charged per vehicle, one-way, not per passenger.
Prices depend on whether the transfer is within the same area (Gangnam ↔ Gangnam or Gangbuk ↔ Gangbuk) or crosses the river (Gangnam ↔ Gangbuk).
Yes. For transfers between 10:00pm and 5:00am, a surcharge of 10~20 USD applies depending on the vehicle size. Please select this option when booking.
