→ Hotel in Seoul/ Gyeonggi-do/ Incheon		Service hours: 7:00am~10:00pm

- If you drop off your luggage at the airport before 2:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to your hotel after 8:00pm on the same day.
- If you drop off your luggage between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to your hotel after 10:00pm on the same day.
- If you drop off your luggage between 5:00pm~10:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to you between 10:00am~11:50am the next day.

*Terminal 1 is always staffed from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily.
*Terminal 2 operates on reservation only. If you are using Terminal 2, please provide the exact time you will be dropping off your luggage during the booking process.
Hotel in Seoul/ Gyeonggi-do/ Incheon
→ Incheon International Airport		- Keep your luggage at the front desk of your accommodation before 10:00am.
- You can pick up your luggage at the airport after 5:00pm.

*This service is only for the customers who take flights between 5:00pm~10:00pm.
*Luggage pickup at the airport is only available up until 10:00pm.

1. If your flight arrives at 6:00am, you will have to wait until 7:00am to drop off your bag.
2. If you are on a red-eye flight, the latest you can pick up your bag up at the airport is at 10:00pm.
3. This service is not available for the following hotels: OYO Hostel Myeongdong 5 / The Stay Classic Hotel Myeongdong
