  1. Please complete all fields under “Required Information” on the booking page.
  2. If any baggage cannot be loaded due to unreported excess size or quantity, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for an additional van or taxi on the day.
  3. If you plan to pick up a SIM card, Wi-Fi device, or any other items at Jeju Airport, please meet your driver first before doing so.
  4. No refund will be issued if you do not use the service due to a duplicate booking with another transfer provider, unless canceled in advance according to the cancellation policy.
