  • To ride alone, participants must be at least 120 cm (3.93 ft) tall and aged 9 or above.
  • Children between 85 cm and 120 cm (3.93 ft), or under the age of 9, must ride with an adult.
  • Children under 85 cm (2.78 ft) and participants aged 65 or above are not permitted to ride the luge but may take the cable car instead.
  • Participants taller than 185 cm (6 ft) or weighing over 120 kg (264 lb) may not be able to ride; please check with the on-site staff.

  2. Please note that during peak season, heavy visitor traffic may restrict vehicle access to certain areas. In such cases, a scenic walking route may be taken to enjoy the surroundings while avoiding the crowds.
