  • If you exceed 4 hours on the hourly rental, 2D1N rate will be applied.

*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

Users are fully responsible for all repair costs if the electric scooter is damaged. In addition, a 50% compensation fee for financial loss will be charged, calculated as (repair time x rental fee x 0.5).

Yes. Wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear is required at all times while using the electric scooter for safety reasons.

Yes. Scooter delivery and pickup services are available daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Delivery and pickup are available only at hotels located on Jeju Island. Delivery is not available at airport, private residences, or other locations.
