- Pregnant women, individuals with physical or mental health conditions, and those with heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, or severe fear of flying or heights are not permitted to ride for safety reasons.
- Individuals who have consumed alcohol on the day of the ride are not allowed to use the zipline. If alcohol use is detected on-site, access will be denied, and no refunds will be issued.
- Women are advised to wear pants instead of skirts. Pants are available for rent if needed.
- For safety, it is recommended to wear comfortable athletic shoes. Backless foowear is discouraged, as there is a risk of losing shoes during the ride.
- The zipline can accommodate up to four people departing simultaneously, depending on their combined weight. However, no more than two individuals may depart on a single line at the same time.
- Glasses may be worn while using the zipline. The helmet provided will secure them in place.
- Please note that the zip line may be canceled on the day due to severe weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
