Was delightful to go from Myeongdong all the way to Jinju. It was a long ride but the breaks and stops in the middle made it less boring.

It was a good decision to join this tour! Our guide Alvin was very helpful and very kind (he even sang a lullaby on the way back to Seoul) The Jinju Lantern Festival is totally worth a trip! If you go to Korea or stay in Korea during October, you don’t wanna miss this! It is very impressive with all the hanging, floating, flying laterns.

The tour was very well organized and planned. The itinerary was perfect with enough exploring time at each stop, and filled with things to do. The tour guides were very informative and kind which made the tour enjoyable. Jinju is such a beautiful place and I would definitely like to come back in the future. Overall, I recommend this tour and had an amazing time!!

2025 Jinju Lantern Festival & Night Market Tour was a great experience. The village in Sancheong was so calming and serene. Everyone from our trip got a coupon for the Night Market in Jinju. Grateful for it! However, I would suggest to have more stalls to choose from. The Night Market experience is good being in a traditional market. The Jinju Lantern Festival was the highlight of the tour and its so beautiful and the lanterns are well-crafted. The lights reflected on the river was very lovely. Overall, I enjoyed the tour and kudos to our tour guide, Dony! Thanks to him that our tour was well-organized, he explained everything and make sure everyone was having fun.

The whole trip was honestly so well paced and I had such a great day despite being out from 8am till 2am (though the bus ride itself was 8 hours back and forth) I would totally recommend this tour and I will definitely be back to Jinju as I felt that there was so much more to see than I expected!

Enjoyed the tour. It was well organised. The lantern festival was great, much bigger than I expected. The trip up into the mountains was lovely. Bus was spacious and seats were comfy. Great price and good value for money. If I was to change one thing, I wish we had of stopped there for lunch instead of having it at a rest stop on the way. That would have been much nicer.

Our [Trazy Special] 2025 Jinju Lantern Festival & Night Market Tour with Dony was absolutely brilliant from the very first stop at Donguibogam Village in Sancheong, a peaceful, scenic place that set the tone for the rest of the day. Dony shared fascinating stories about the area’s history, wellness traditions, and connection with nature before we continued to Jinju. Make sure you touch the healing stone! The entire experience was perfectly curated, from the lovely lantern displays at Jinjuseong Fortress Park to the vibrant night market along the Namgang River. Dony also somehow arranged for us to meet and take photos with officials from Jinju’s Mayor’s Office, who wanted to welcome us to Jinju! Everything ran smoothly and joyfully thanks to Dony’s humour, warmth, and attention to detail. Thank you, Dony, for making the Jinju Festival shine even brighter! 💜✨

I had such a great day visiting Sancheong and Jinju! Although I had initially joined the tour for the Namgang Light Festival, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover Donguibogam Village as well. The schedule of the tour allowed me to enjoy what each location had to offer at my own pace, which is something that I really appreciated. The tour guide Dony was also very cheerful and knowledgeable about the area, making this day all the more memorable! Thank you :)

I was really excited to join the Jinju Lantern Festival & Night Market Tour, and it didn’t disappoint. Alvin and his crew made sure everyone had a great time and explained everything clearly along the way. The road trip didn’t feel long at all since we made a few stops to stretch and rest. One of them was Donguibogam Village, which was fascinating. The area is known for its focus on traditional Korean medicine. Many restaurants serve medicinal food, and you can find a wide range of herbal and wellness products. I also enjoyed a cup of delicious yuzu tea at Sancheong Coffee, a beautiful hanok-style café inside the village. We also visited Mureunggyeo Bridge, which was a fun spot to take unique photos. The festival market offered plenty of food stalls, handmade crafts, and a shop featuring items of Jinju’s adorable mascot, Hamo (the luggage tag gift was such a cute touch!). Jinju is known as the city of entrepreneurship in Korea (many top Korean CEOs, including those from LG and GS Group), are originally from here. I also witnessed the wonderful performance from an extraordinarily talented Korean musician called Youbyeol that blew my mind, next to the fortress. Overall, I highly recommend this tour as a unique and refreshing way to experience a lesser-known part of Korean culture. It’s a perfect mix of history, food, and fun! And if you want to get the most out of it, I’d recommend doing a bit of research on the spots you’ll be visiting beforehand.

It was a really great tour. I wanted to go to Jinju for some time now and finally got to chance -even if it was just for one day but it was worth it! You got a lot of time to spend and explore on your own. And the lanterns were just tooo pretty :) Perfect season for this trip as well.

We had an amazing time at the Jinju Lantern Festival! I looked into the festival before booking, but the pictures don't do the festival justice. It's something that must experienced first hand. The other stops before going to the festival were also very interesting and well timed. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Saw a new part of Korea and appreciated the opportunity. One thing I would change is skip the market and go to the Lantern Festival earlier. Most food stalls were closed when we were there so more time at the festival or an earlier departure would have been better.

We went on the Jinju Lantern Tour on 11 October 2025 and had such a great time! The Donguibogam Village and suspension bridge were beautiful and peaceful, and there was a lot to see at the lantern festival in Jinju. The tour was well-organised: the bus departed on time and the tour guide was very informative. On the outward journey, there was a short break and a longer lunch break at a rest stop. We had enough time to explore the village, but wish we either had a bit more time at the night market or went straight to the lantern festival instead so we didn’t have to rush with food. The night market didn’t have many stalls, but the food was delicious and the people were so friendly. We even received some souvenirs from the tour company, which included a cute luggage tag of Jinju’s otter mascot as well as a 5.000 KRW voucher to spend at the night market. I would definitely come back to Jinju in the future to explore more!

It was such a wonderful experience! Jinju City worked so hard to produce such a huge lantern event! Lots to see. Enjoyed the village and bridge and beautiful scenery. The night market was fun. Lantern Festival was beyond our expectations! Great activities & music, water show. Everyone in the city was so nice, too. They worked so hard! Fortress Wall was magnificent! Taking us from Seoul to Jinju was so helpful! We will tell all our friends.

The bus ride was long but rather comfortable. It was about 6 hours ride to and fro with toilet breaks. The event was superb. Admission is free but it cost to walk on the bridges. It is a very massive display of lanterns and floats. It requires lots of walking so make sure you have comfortable shoes on. The Trazy staff was friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend the Jinju Lantern Festival! It is quite big and really really beautiful. Since the traffic was supposed to be heavier, the pick-up time got changed two times. Thanks to that we ended up arriving in Jinju quite early, leaving us with lots of time to browse around and try out all sort of experiences (You could draw postcards and have them sent home for free, or dress up in Hanboks against a small fee as well). The lanterns itself were really beautiful and on the Namgang it was quite a view. Same as the bridges being decorated with lots of lights. You can buy tasty food and snacks everywhere and there are some musical performances as well. Like the previous reviews say, you have quite a lot of time there. Against 10:30 PM I remember that we had seen everything (we did arrive extra early though, since the traffic wasn't as heavy as expected! So we had around 8 hours instead of the originally planned 6) and it was quite cold. I suggest to definitely bring an extra jacket or scarf for the later hours :)! Our tour guide Harry was also really great! He is a fun person to be with and very cheerful and active personality! I think you will enjoy traveling with him!

Overall This trip is satisfied except the transport arrangements. I am very disappointing the transport arrangements. The chair which has provided us is horrible ( Pic). I am still not able to recover back pain. Sitting that chair without headrest for 8 hrs. The Guide is very friendly and very helpful.

It was quite a far journey to get to Jinju Namgang but it was absolutely worth it to go. Trazy made the experience convenient and so comfortable to get there and back. The lights, the lanterns, the scenery, and the experience was beautiful. granted the place was packed but it didn't deter me from enjoying the Yudeung Festival.
