Is it possible to customize the routes?
Since this is a premium chauffeured car rental service, the itinerary is entirely up to your customization. You can choose the attractions and destinations you wish to visit in Seoul. A consultant will contact you 1-2 days prior to your travel date to discuss your itinerary with you.
How long will I stay at each attraction?
The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted based on your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure sufficient time for visiting. Note that admission tickets are not included and need to be purchased separately.
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
You can be picked up and dropped off at any location within Seoul City.
Are toll fees and fuel costs included in the price?
Yes, all toll fees and fuel costs are included in the total price.
How long does the basic service last, and can I get a refund if I use less time?
The basic service covers up to 10 hours. Even if you use less time, the full 10-hour rate applies, and partial refunds are not available.
What happens if I exceed the basic service time?
If you exceed the 10-hour service time, an additional fee of 95,000 won per hour will apply. Extension availability is subject to confirmation after booking. Additional fees due to traffic or local conditions must be paid on the day of service. Any extra time beyond 20 minutes will be counted as a full hour.
