[How to Redeem the Physical Card]

Check the serial number on the voucher (25-character alphanumeric code starting with "KTC_Travolution").
Install the Korea Travel Card app. (Google Play/App Store)
Open the app and enter the serial number in the promotion code field. A voucher for exchanging the physical card will be generated.
Present the generated voucher at one of the pick-up location.
Receive your physical card and register the card in the app to start using it.

[How to Use the Card After Issuance]

Register as a member on the app (email verification required).
Select the A-type - V CARD.
Select 'Register Card' from the home screen and make sure your card is recognized.
You can top up your payment balance through the app, banks, currency exchange offices, convenience stores, and kiosks. Transportation balances can be topped up at the subway and convenience stores.
