[How to download/activate eSIM]
  1. You will receive an email with a pre-activation link within 30 minutes of your order.
  2. Upload your passport copy and travel itinerary (e.g. boarding pass, flight invoice or similar) and register your mobile phone device according to the instructions in the email.
  3. You will receive an email with your Korean phone number and eSIM QR code 1 day before your arrival. Scan and download the eSIM to your phone.
  4. After installing the plan on your phone, the SIM card will be activated automatically and start to work.
*In case you install the eSIM plan outside Korea, the SIM card will be activated automatically when you arrive in Korea and your phone is connected to the local SKT network.

1. Type *#06# in your dial application to see your IMEI, IMEI2, and EID and enter them accordingly OR simply upload a screenshot of the command result.

[How to activate eSIM on iPhone]
1. On your phone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
2. Open your camera and scan the eSIM QR code.
3. Setup complete. The eSIM is now active on your phone.
*In case you install the eSIM plan outside Korea, the SIM card will be activated automatically when you arrive in Korea and your phone is connected to the local network.

  1. On your phone, go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
  2. Tap Add mobile plan
  3. Tap Add using QR code
  4. Setup complete. The eSIM is now active on your phone.

Can I use this SIM card for ID verification?

ID verification service via SMS for Korean websites and apps is only available for ARC holders. To update your SIM card with ARC, please contact the customer service as advised in the confirmation email.
