All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

The standard bus rental includes 9 hours of service, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. If your tour exceeds 9 hours, an overtime fee of 100,000 won per additional hour will be charged.
Yes, an additional charge applies for pick-up or drop-off in Seogwipo. This fee is already included when you select the Seogwipo option during booking.
If your accommodation is in Jeju City (Jeju-si), please select the pick-up from Jeju City option. If it is in Seogwipo City (Seogwipo-si), select the Seogwipo pick-up option. Please double-check the exact address of your accommodation before booking.
