*The tickets are strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
*Due to the required information, each person must make their own booking individually. It is not possible to purchase tickets for two people in a single booking.
*Tickets will be assigned on a first purchase first serve basis.
*Transfer to/from the concert venue or accommodation is NOT included in the price.

[How to pick up the tickets]
*The ticket pick-up is available on the event day from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The ticket pick-up location details will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

[Korea Tour Card]
The KOREA TOUR CARD is a tourist transportation card designed for individual foreign tourists. It allows for the use of various transportation modes such as subways, airport railroads, buses, and taxis. It offers benefits at over 250 tourist attractions, performances, hotels, and more nationwide. You can collect a Korea Tour Card when picking up the concert ticket on the event day.

1. No one under the age of 15 will be admitted to the event.
2. The tickets are strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
3. Please bring your passport or alien registration card for verification at the venue.
4. Program schedule & time are subject to change.
5. The tickets cannot be resold or transferred.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until Oct 13, 2024: 100% refund
From Oct 14, 2024: Non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
