[Arriving in Thailand - Arrival Immigration Service]
The airport staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at the landing gate area. You should be able to see the staff as soon as you exit the airplane tunnel linking the airplane to the airport. If your plane arrives at a gate not directly connected to the airport, and you need to take a shuttle bus, the staff will assist you with the application form and documentation (any related fees are to be paid directly by the passenger). You will then be escorted to the Fast Track Immigration Counter. Once you complete the immigration process, the staff will meet you outside the counter and assist you with baggage claim. After collecting your luggage, the staff will guide you through customs and escort you to your chosen transportation, whether it's a car, taxi, or other means of travel.

[Departing from Thailand - Departure Immigration Service]
The friendly airport staff will meet you at your arrival point, based on the pre-determined time. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the check-in counter, helping with all check-in formalities. After check-in, you will be escorted through the fast track security and immigration channels. Once inside the security area, the staff will no longer accompany you, but they will meet you again behind the immigration counter. The staff will then escort you to the airline's departure lounge (if applicable) or to the departure gate, unless you request otherwise. If you are running late and your flight is already boarding, the staff will escort you directly to the gate.
