*How to pick up the device outside of staffed hours
You can pick up the device at the locker box located at the counter. You will receive a separate email with information on the designated locker number and password 1 day before the reserved date.

2. Don Mueang International Airport
- In front of Gate 9 on Ground Floor, Terminal 2 (Domestic Arrival Building) (map)
- Opening Hours: 24 hours
- Staff are also present 24 hours.

You can return the device at any one of the 2 pick-up locations. If you are returning the device outside of staffed hours, please use the return box located at the counter which is available 24/7.

*The rental fee is charged on a daily basis, not on an hourly basis. Please make sure to select the right number of days for rental, considering your desired return date. (E.g. If you want to use the device between April 1~5, you are renting for "5" days and your return date is April 5.)
*If you return the device later than the agreed return date, you will be charged an extra charge of 300 baht per day.
*No security deposit is required. However, you MUST leave a copy of your passport at the counter when you pick up the device.
*You can add-on damage insurance at 50 baht per day only when you pick up at Suvarnabhumi Airport. (Don Mueang not available).
*In case of lost/damaged device, you will need to pay the extra charge when you return the device. Please see the below information of the estimated value of products:

- SIM card: without insurance 1,500 baht / with insurance 1,000 baht
- Carrying case: without insurance 500 baht / with insurance 250 baht

- USB cable: without insurance 250 baht / with insurance 100 baht

1. Press and hold 'Power' button for 2~3 seconds until the screen on the device lights up.
2. The flashing green light indicates the device is ready for use.
3. When not in use, the device should be turned off by pressing and holding the 'Power' button for 2~3 seconds until the light goes off.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
