FAQ
What does the day pass consist of?
The day pass gives you all-day access to the onsen facilities and resting lounge without time restriction. Please note that the day pass does NOT include spa treatments. Please reserve your spa treatment separately.
How long do people usually take in the onsen?
The onsen generally takes about 45 to 60 minutes. For a truly relaxing visit, we recommend setting aside around 3 hours in total to fully unwind.
What is the minimum age to enter to the onsen?
The minimum age is 3 years old. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above, and children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian to use the onsen facilities.
Are the onsen facilities mixed gender?
No, the bathing areas are segregated by gender. However, there are shared spaces such as the restauarnt or resting areas.
Are massage & spa treatments included in the day pass?
No, the onsen day pass does NOT include spa treatments. Please reserve your spa treatment directly with the spa at least 1 day in advance:
