How do I exchange my ticket for rental gear and lift pass?

1. Show your smartphone screen displaying the lift and rental ticket details at the rental shop.
2. Receive your rental gear and lift pass at the rental shop.
3. Present your lift ticket at the lift ticket counter to receive your actual ticket.
*The rental shop is located within a 5-minute walk from the lift pass counter.

What transportation options are available to reach the location?

You can reach the area by taking the Shinkansen, driving, or using the Nagano-Hakuba Express Bus. Additionally, the Shinjuku-Hakuba Express Bus added a new stop at Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, effective April 1, 2019. Information on buses that go directly to Hakuba Iwatake, serving both the ski slopes and hotel area, has been compiled. There are also limited-time buses available only during the winter season.
