- You can pick up the equipment after 1:00pm on the day before the rental period starts. Please return the rented equipment before 10:00 am the day after the rental period ends.

- Large range of helmets available to suit all head sizes, from brands such as Giro and R.E.D.

Please keep in mind
- If the cable car is suspended, flights are canceled or delayed for the whole day due to abnormal weather, a full refund will be provided.
- You can pick up the equipment after 1:00pm on the day before the rental starts. Please return the rented equipment before 10:00am the next day after the rental period ends.
- Free waxing service is provided. Please inform the staff if you need it.
- You can exchange equipment for different models or swap skis for snowboards (or vice versa) for free, but please note that you cannot keep the original rental equipment, so the required equipment may be out of stock when you exchange it again.
- The designated brand may not be available on the rental day.
- For hygiene reasons, goggles and gloves cannot be rented, but a large selection of low-priced gloves and goggles are available for sale in the store.

You can pick up the equipment from 1:00pm on the day before the rental period starts.
What time should I return the gear by?
Returns must be made by 10:00am the day after the rental period ends.
What sizes are the jacket and pants available in?
For adults, sizes are available from XS to 5XL. For children, sizes are available from 90cm for toddlers up to 13 year old kids.
Can I rent equipment or clothing for over 7 days?
