1. Show your ticket details from your phone at the rental shop to receive your rental gear and clothes.
2. Present your mobile ticket at the ski resort's lift ticket counter to receive the physical lift pass.
*The rental shop is located within a 5-minute walk from the lift pass counter.

What transportation options are available to reach the location?

You can reach the area by taking the Shinkansen, driving, or using the Nagano-Hakuba Express Bus. Additionally, the Shinjuku-Hakuba Express Bus added a new stop at Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, effective April 1, 2019. Information on buses that go directly to Hakuba Iwatake, serving both the ski slopes and hotel area, has been compiled. There are also limited-time buses available only during the winter season.

If the ski resort is closed due to a lack of snow, a decision will typically be made at least two days before departure. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified.
