The room was clean and spacious. The Trazy package made the resort easy to navigate. The ski rental was great and being able to walk out on the slopes each day was convenient. Would use Trazy again to book this as it made it a pleasure to visit.

I understand early in the season not all slopes can be opened but only 4 slopes open is way way way too little with one of them being expert only slopes. Resulting long chair lift waiting time and poor slopes conditions

Staying at yongpyong ski resort is definitely a good experience. Especially if you already know how to ski or snowboard. If you’re a first timer, better to book an instructor.

Highly recommend! Super near to ski range and convenience for us to go for snowboarding. Lift pass is included and beautiful place. People are friendly and nice. Just that the pillow not comfortable to sleep

Found the all-in-one package a good deal and overall a great experience for my family 1st ski trip. Staff are nice and helpful. We chose to stay at the Tower Condominium for 3 people and the room was very spacious.
Some cons: There was stain on 1 bedsheet and 1 person had to sleep on the floor with the bedding set, which was uncomfortable. Ski equipment was heavy with some distance to lug between snow slope and hotel.

During check in they will give the ski lift voucher and ski rental voucher, which can be exchanged at Ticket Office at Dragon Plaza. You have to keep the skis equipment until last day to return. It’s quite a hassle to carry the equipment all the way back to room. Ski clothes rental available at Level 2 dragon plaza. A lot of good food there too!

A fantastic package for anyone wanting to experience a Korean ski resort!
Check-in and ticket collection were both very easy and uncomplicated. The staff were all very proficient in English for those that can't speak Korean.
The resort itself is very large with lots of options for food and things to do. The slopes were also fantastic and so was the snow!

Dragon Valley hotel room was very spacious, right next to the ski resort. Hotel staffs are friendly and super helpful.
The ski resort has good facilities. But we went a bit early so many slopes are not open yet. The weekend was super crowded.

What is included in the Yongpyong Ski Resort overnight package?
The package includes your accommodation at Yongpyong Ski Resort, lift pass (lift + gondola), and ski or snowboard rental. Meals, goggles, gloves, helmet, ski lessons, and a tour guide are not included.
Can I choose between skiing and snowboarding?
Yes, you can select either skiing or snowboarding. However, once you receive your equipment, you cannot change between skiing and snowboarding.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.
What is the minimum age for skiing or snowboarding?
The minimum age is 5 years old for both skiing and snowboarding. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for safety reasons.
Are pets allowed at Yongpyong Resort?
No, pets are not allowed in the resort rooms or facilities.
Can I rent goggles, helmets, or gloves at the resort?
Yes, these items are available at an additional cost:
- Goggles: ~20,000 won (including deposit)
- Helmet: ~5,000 won
- Gloves: ~20,000 won (purchase only)

Can I re-rent the equipment after returning it?
No, once you return your equipment on the last day, you cannot rent it again.

Can I add more people to my booking?
The listed price is per person, based on the room's basic capacity. If you have more people than the room allows, make separate bookings for each room.
