About Pastel MoodPastel Mood is led by Director Jung Seohee, a beauty expert with over 15 years of experience in the makeup and hair industry. She started her career at JUNGSAEMMOOL in Cheongdam, the most famous makeup shop in Korea. Since then, she has worked with top Korean cosmetic brands such as HERA, LANEIGE, ARITAUM, SULWHASOO, AMOREPACIFIC, IOPE, RYO, MISEENSCENE, OLIVE YOUNG, and MISSHA, specializing in beauty and commercial photography.

Now, as the director and owner of Pastel Mood, she trains the designers and continues to grow the shop into one of the best makeup & hair styling shop in the Hongdae area.

[Rules for Using Pastelmood]
  1. Please be punctual. Reservations will be automatically canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds can be provided.
  2. Only the customer with a reservation may enter.
  3. Pets and infants are not allowed due to concerns about product damage or injury.
  4. No food or drinks are allowed.
  5. No filming without prior permission.
  6. No rental of items or seats or self-styling allowed.
  7. Additional charges apply for the following options, which can be paid on-site: Updos, glitter & decorative parts, body makeup, wig application, hippie perms, men's long hair styling, etc. These services require extra time, so please inquire in advance at experience@trazy.com.

[On the Day of Your Reservation]
  1. Please arrive with clean, bare skin after basic skincare. Sunscreen is okay as long as it doesn’t have a tone-up effect. Avoid heavy products or mask packs.
  2. Shampoo and dry your hair before your visit. Hair styling may not be possible without prior shampooing.
  3. Do not apply hair essence or oil.
  4. Do not groom your eyebrows beforehand.
  5. Wear contact lenses before your arrival, if needed.
  6. If you need to change clothes, wear a shirt or zip-up top that’s easy to remove.
  7. Please bring reference photos of the hair and makeup style you want.

7 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
6 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 7 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST). Please note that reservations can only be rescheduled once.
