第一次透過Trazy購買產品 原本很擔心使用不熟悉的平台 但是一切都很順利 體驗也很好
我們購買了三張釜山煙火節的R席座位(有桌子+椅子) 別的平台找不太到R席座位的票
而且非常幸運我們的座位被安排在第一排 超級開心!
現場領票也很快速 幾乎沒有什麼排隊 推薦

If you want to see the Busan Fireworks Festival, book with Trazy. The table+chair option was great; we were in the 2nd row from the beach. Finding the ticket pickup location was easy; the staff was very friendly and efficient. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely book with Trazy again if wam lucky to be in Korea for another fireworks festival.

Awesome, we sat in the front row. There is no obstruction at all and you can clearly see the entire fireworks show. But it’s really cold, so it’s recommended to keep warm.

Can I get a refund if it rains or the event is canceled?
If the festival is officially canceled due to the weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome. Please note that children under 36 months may enter the reserved seating area for free but will not be provided a separate seat.
What time should I come to the event venue?
You must enter the designated seating area by 6:00pm on the day of the festival.
However, various events and performances will begin around 2:00pm in the surrounding area, so we recommend arriving early to fully enjoy the festivities.
