Korean Palace Tour

Yeoni was a great tour guide, the palaces and lunch was amazing, the stop at the red pine medicine shop was HORRIBLE! I felt like we were sucked into a very bad infomercial where snake oil salesmen were trying to sell you their medicine for over $1000 US. Their is no scientific studies to backup their claims either. If this is what Tracy does to make more money off of their tours I will avoid using this company in the future.

The Tour was amazing. Blair, the tour guide, explained everything well. She was more like a friend. She also is good at taking pictures haha. I can really recommend these tour. Thank you for the opportunity Trazy and Seoul City Tours!

It was really an awesome experience! Our guide, Yeoni, was super sweet, helpful and really knowledgeable. She made the tour really fun! I wasn't a big fan of the pine oil place and really hoped to see the Amethyst Factory (it is apparently not part of this tour). But all in all a wonderful experience and super worth it! ♥️

Had an awesome time on our half day tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She was clear about timelines and punctual which is unfortunate if you’re the type that likes to take your time to wander. I recommend this tour to those that would like to get in at least one major palace, temple, and museum.

Can I tell you how great Claire is or the driver Brian? They are amazing. We did the full day tour and loved it. Had some of the best food during this trip. Real local. Perfect for travelers who enjoy local over chains.

This is a bit of a whirlwind of a tour (we did the all day tour), but if you absolutely want to check a lot of places off your list, this is it. It allowed us to get a taste of multiple places and decide if we wanted to go back later. The shopping districts portions were much too short though for any real shopping, FYI. It also took us a few places we wouldn’t have thought to go to (like the ginseng center), and we really enjoyed them. Keep in mind, there’s lots of walking. We loved being picked up from the hotel, made things easier. The lunch provided was absolutely delicious and they did have vegetarian options for those who need it. Tour guide was great and quite friendly. Only issue we had was members of the group not following instructions like they should (meeting up at specified time) and the guide having to find/retrieve them, which wasted people’s time (this happened all day, and most of the people weren’t lost, just choosing to take their time). Oh, and during one free time we did get lost, but tour guide did a great job helping us find our way back to her over the phone. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves.
