This package is for FOREIGNERS. A valid ID (i.e. passport) can be requested to verify your foreigner status.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge as long as they do not occupy separate seats.
This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for the snowboarding option.
If you are bringing luggage, please let us know in advance at experience@trazy.com after booking.
The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. If your group has more than 4 people, a separate room may be assigned.
Room assignments are subject to hotel availability, and bed types cannot be guaranteed.
If the hotel is fully booked or room availability is limited during peak season, the operator reserves the right to provide an alternative hotel of a similar standard. No compensation or refunds will be provided in such cases.
The resort does not provide personal toiletries in the room. Please bring your own personal care items. A hairdryer, small towel, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided.

[Ski/snowboard rental & lift pass tickets]

The lift pass is valid for 8 hours starting from the time of your entrance excluding the time closed for snow grooming.
All slopes will be closed during 5:00pm~6:30pm due to snow grooming.
Please check the slope operation hours here. (Hours are subject to change)
No partial refunds will be issued even if some slopes are closed.

[60-minute basic ski/ snowboard lesson]
Ski:

Basic posture: balanced stance and snowplow position
Falling safely: protect your joints and learn how to get back up confidently
Turning & stopping: snowplow turns, speed control, and stopping techniques

Snowboard:

Basic posture: neutral stance, bindings, and riding direction
Falling safely: use your forearms for support and avoid wrist impact
Edge control & stopping: heel-side and toe-side edge control, and controlled stopping techniques

Travel time may take up to twice as long on weekends and public holidays. If you’d like to avoid heavy traffic, we recommend joining this tour on a weekday.
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.
Vehicles are arranged according to the final number of people in the group. If you are bringing luggage, please let us know in advance at experience@trazy.com after booking.

Is this 2D1N ski/snowboard tour suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! If you're a beginner, we highly recommend the lesson package, designed to help first-timers get started and enjoy skiing or snowboarding on their own.

Can I bring luggage on the ski tour?

Yes, luggage can be brought on the tour. If you plan to bring luggage, please inform us in advance by emailing experience@trazy.com after completing your booking.

How many people can stay in one room?

The maximum occupancy of each room is 4 people. If your group consists of more than 4 people, additional rooms may be assigned depending on availability.

Can I choose my room type or bed type?

No. Room assignments are determined by the hotel based on availability, and specific room types or bed configurations cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if the resort is fully booked during peak season?

If the designated hotel is fully booked or has limited room availability, the operator may arrange accommodation at a similar-standard hotel. No compensation or refunds will be provided for such changes.

What amenities are provided in the resort room?

The resort provides a hairdryer, small towel, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Personal toiletries such as toothbrushes and other personal care items are not provided.
