Public foot bath street located in Dongrae, one of the oldest hot spring towns in Korea.
There are 2 nocheon joktang places around this area. Nocheon Jokyoktang near Hurshimchung was built in 2005 and Spatopia was made in 2009. Spatopia has several different kinds of water baths including the walking bath, egg bath, cold bath and others that not only the elders but also young people can enjoy it.
It is closed every Wednesday and Friday.
Also closed from July 20th to August 31st, and from January 1st to 31st.
