The facts

Designated "important Intangible Cultural Heritage No.38" by the Korean government, the Institute of Korean Royal Cuisine is an academy that aims at preserving both traditional local Korean and Royal Cuisine.

Their course introduces traditional Korean royal cuisine as prepared at the court of the Joseon Dynasty. Participants have the opportunity to learn theory and art of royal palace cuisine through presentations and practice.

Schedule:
10:00-11:00 - Demonstration
11:00-12:00 - Cooking by group
12:00-13:00 - Lunch with dishes made

You can participate for one, three or nine sessions.

This list gathers the dishes you will lean (not exhaustive):
- Bulgogi, Sundubu, Japche, Samgyetang, Bibimpap, Hobak Namul etc
