The facts

O'ngo's aim is to provide a personalized and immersive experience of Korea through cuisine. Classes are provided in Englsh and in Japanese.

There are three programs:
- the first one is dedicated to beginners. Classes are introductory courses for people who want to cook Korean food;
- the second is dedicated to Intermediate cooks, for those who wish to learn more Korean dishes. In each class you learn 5 or 6 dishes while learning about sauces, techniques and philosophy behind Korean food.
- the third one is dedicated to professionals.

Here you can find the list of dishes you can cook (not exhaustive):

1. Kimchi, Bulgogi
2. Japchae (Stir-fried potato noodles with vegetable), Dak Galbi (Pan-fried chicken)
3. Sundubu Jjigae (Spicy soft tofu stew), Haemul Pa Jeon (Green onion pancake with seafood)
4. Bibimbap, Seasonal Salad
5. Korean style Barbeque (Intermediate course)
6. Side dishes (Intermediate course)
7. Temple food (Intermediate course)

Halal food is provided.

There are two sessions, one begins at 10 and the other one at 2PM.
