Korean Royal Heritage Gallery is a gallery located in Bukchon area in Seoul that is dedicated to studying about royal palace culture. The gallery is most famous for researching about traditional crafts and here you can come make your own craft using mother-of-pearl.
Mother-of-pearl is the white shiny material found on seashells such oysters and abalone. The material can be used to beautifully decorate household items or furniture. Mother-of-pearl decorations are beautiful by itself, but when light shines on it, the material gives off a sparkling white color!
The gallery architecture is a traditional Korean style house (Hanok). Not only will you have an unforgettable time decorating your souvenir, but also get to see the inside of a Hanok.
