Some Sevit is a futuristic building built on the Hangang river aimed to become a landmark. After a long period of renovation it re-opened in October 2014.
This cultural complex consists of various facilities with a great view of the beautiful Hangang river:

- FIC (Floating Island Convention)
- Vista Pub
- Chavit Cuisine (Buffet Restaurant)
