The Incheon Landing Operation was an unprecedented military operation which turned the tide at the crisis point of the Korean War. In the operation, UN forces landed on 3 spots, dividing the Incheon seashore into Blue Beach, Red Beach, and Green Beach which were also the operation names.To commemorate this day, Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing Operation was built at the foot of Cheongnyangsan Mountain that looks down the sea near Incheon. Gazing at the West Sea as if the Koran Was had not ended yet. The Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing Operation features exhibits of the weapons and related war goods that were used at the time. In the memorial hall, there is 18 meter-high monument to pay respect to the souls of all the fallen heroes who died in the war, and the 16 flags of each of the countries that participated in the war have been hoisted. It is also being used as a place to provide anticommunist education to children.
