Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

  1. This tour will commence with a minimum of 4 participants. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
  2. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The guide will not contact you individually.
  3. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, your booking will be regarded as a no-show (non-refundable).
  4. The tour operates in rainy weather, but parts of the itinerary may change. Cancellations and refunds due to rain are not available.
  5. Temple clothing, including pants and a vest, will be provided. Larger sizes are available. Please bring comfortable shoes, extra underwear, and a light jacket.
  6. A vegetarian meal will be served. Menu changes for individual dietary preferences are not available.
  7. Please follow temple etiquette, as the program will be conducted in a calm and quiet atmosphere.
  8. Small luggage and backpacks are allowed. If you plan to bring larger luggage, please contact experience@trazy.com in advance.
