This tour was exceptional in every way! Pickup and drop off were easy and as arranged. The tour director, Jimmy, was so professional and kind. We had the best day exploring Nami Island and would definitely take the shuttle again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

It usually takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours to reach Nami Island from Seoul, depending on traffic and your pick-up location. The shuttle bus provides a direct, non-stop route for a smooth and convenient ride.
Where are the pick-up and drop-off points in Seoul?
Pick-up and drop-off locations include Hongik Univ. Station, Myeongdong Station, and Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
Can I get off at a location which is different from my pick-up location?
Yes, the shuttle bus will arrive in Seoul in the following order: Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, Myeongdong Station, and Hongik Univ. Station. You can get off at any station that is convenient for you.
Can I change the date and time of the shuttle bus?
You can make changes until 2 days before your visit. In this case, please contact us at experience@trazy.com. Changes cannot be made on the day of your visit.
Can I buy the shuttle bus ticket for one-way only?
No, this package includes a round-trip ticket. You may use only one-way transportation if you prefer, but please note that no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
