- The same price applies to both adults and children.
- Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle. Child seats are not available.

- Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in your group. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing luggage, a baby stroller, or a wheelchair by email at experience@trazy.com after booking.
- When operating with a minimum departure of 8 participants, accommodating strollers or wheelchairs may be difficult.
- For special circumstances, advance inquiry is required, and assistance may be provided depending on vehicle allocation availability on the day.
- This tour departs with a minimum of 8 participants. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
[About the hanbok rental]
- The rental shop provides standard hanbok styles only, and upgrade options are NOT available for an additional fee. All hanboks are available in sizes for both adults and children, and each customer may try on one outfit in-store to select the best fit.
- Eating and drinking while wearing hanbok is discouraged to prevent stains or contamination from food, cosmetics, or perfume. Clean handling is expected throughout the rental period.
- Extra care is required when participating in activities while wearing a hanbok. Excessive movement may cause damage or tearing, and compensation may be required in case of damage or loss.
- Any lost, heavily soiled, or damaged hanbok and accessories may result in additional charges; further details can be confirmed with on-site staff.
- In the event of rainy weather, hanbok rental will still be provided. Participants may choose not to wear the hanbok, but refunds will not be available.
