Much thanks to our tour guide, Nathan, guided us well throughout the trip and it was well planned. Had lot of fun and the timing for nami island was just right as the island wasn't that big to spend the whole day there!
The ski resort was suitable for beginners like my family and I should really comment on how patient and kind the coach is to teach us ice skating! Love the coach, Luq who really guided us well on how to ice skate for the very first time!

It was raining the whole day, activity was limited. The ski resort was cancelled by Agent due to it. Should allowed us to spend a bit more time in Nami Island. The bus was rather old, never had motion sickness in any of my travelling before.

thank you for your best service. I am very happy because our trip can run on time, and the bus we use is very comfortable.
this is the first time I visited Nami Island and played snowboard. Nami island is very beautiful, we enjoyed it very very much. then playing snowboard, we really enjoyed snowboarding, but we were disappointed with our coach, he was too hard for us as beginners. but so far we have enjoyed playing snowboard, and the next time I also want to try skiing with trazy again.

Kevin was a really really great guide! He seemed to know a lot of thing and happily gave us suggestions and know-hows, while going around under his guide. He interacted a lot with us and tried hard to keep us entertain. A big plus for Chinese tourists as he can casually talk in Chinese. Nami Island was as wonderful as expectation and I wondered how beautiful it could be if we went in Spring or Autumn as there were a lot of trees.
The ski/snowboard time was slightly disappointing as the coach was not the friendliest one. Fortunately, he could teach us well as beginners. The equipment was not the best, too. Mine was hard to put and pull off, so I mostly took time to undo and done my board.
Overall, it was a good experience and am excited to have the chance to trip with Trazy again soon!

We really like the way the tour guide that guiding us and the time management is really good..
Nami's scenery are soo beautiful.
But we are really dissapointed with the outfit that you provide for skiing, the color are so bad and not good in the video's. Also Our snowboard coach is very unfriendly and not helpful.
Hope the next time it will get better

My family and I had the best time in this tour! The tour group, together with our guide, Patrick, left Myeongdong on time and we were amongst the first ones to arrive at Nami Island with not much people there yet. Because of this, we were able to take photos with ease.
For the snowboard lessons, our instructor Jin was really nice and patient with teaching my sister and I. He speaks good English and we did not have a hard time communicating with him. He taught the both of us really well and after just 30 minutes or so, the two of us are already snowboarding by ourselves! I think we made our instructor proud lol.
Overall it was a good experience! We will try and book a 2-3 day snowboarding tour next time so we can snowboard our little hearts out with no time limit :D

Our tour guide was nice and speaks English well. We had fun during this tour, it's worth your money. Less hassle than doing a diy trip since Nami Island is a bit far. Snowboarding and skiing was fun also, the instructors were very nice and helpful.

This combined tour was perfect for my family of 3. We had the chance to visit the ever famous Winter Sonata Island which was very beautiful and had many pictures taken. Right after the Island tour, we headed to the ski slopes and took a quick 30mins crash course! The ski part was 3.5hrs but time just flew by so quickly that we were not 100% satisfied. Wished it could be 4 hrs in future. Also my personal advise is to purchase the "sky-lift" or "walk-elevator" as it helps a lot! Our guide, Finn was very very accommodating, friendly and went out of his way to satisfy everyone! Would definitely recommend this tour to all my friends!! Cheers :)

Who can join this Nami Island and Elysian Ski Resort tour?
This tour is for foreigners only. A valid passport or ID will be required on the day of the tour to verify your foreigner status.
What is included in the ski or snowboard package at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort?
The package includes skis, ski poles, and ski boots for skiing, or a snowboard and snowboard boots for snowboarding. Goggles, helmets, gloves, socks, and neck warmers are not included but can be rented or purchased on site.
Are lessons included in the ski or snowboard option?
Yes. A 1-hour basic group ski or snowboard lesson is included. The lesson covers equipment introduction, how to stand up after falling, basic posture, and how to change direction and stop.
Can young children join sledding or the sightseeing lift?
Children under 3 years old cannot sled or take the sightseeing lift.
What is a moving walk pass?
A moving walk pass allows beginners to ride the moving walk to the top of the beginner slopes at Elysian Ski Resort.
Can I try other activities at Nami Island?
Yes, you can enjoy the Nami Island Zipline for an additional 49,900 won, payable on site. Please inform the staff on the day of the tour if you’d like to join.

Some slopes at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort may not be available depending on weather conditions. The operation period is also subject to change based on winter weather.
