No, this tour does not include a guide, but there is an English- and Chinese-speaking tour staff (driver).

Are child tickets available?

Yes, discounted child rates are available. You can select child tickets when making your booking.

Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?

Yes, you can request changes up to 2 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 48 hours in advance.

Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?

No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.

Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?

No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.

Can I ride the Nami Island Zipline during the tour?

Yes, you can enjoy the Nami Island Zipline for an additional fee of 37,000 won, payable on site. Please inform the staff on the day of your reservation if you would like to add the zipline experience.
