概要

韓国の伝統デザートであるお餅と、伝統包装方法であるポジャギがコラボレーションした素晴らしい授業であり、お餅はもちろん、ポジャギも食べられる特別な韓国のデザートを作ることができます。

この商品のポイントは豆のアングム(餡)米粉で食用ポジャギを作り、ご自身でお作りになったお餠をラッピングすることができるこいう点です。伝統方式でお餅を蒸し、アングム(餡)の生地でお好きなな色のポジャギを作り、福を願う文字や韓国伝統の模様でデコレーションすることができます。すぐにかたくなってしまう韓国伝統のお餅であるぺクソルギを豆のアングム(餡)の生地でポジャギの形を作って包むことでしっとりしたぺクソルギを楽むことができるメリットがあります。お餅の作り方及びアングム(餡)の生地作りの材料と作り方を説明するレシピをお渡しいたしますので帰国後も実際に作ってプレゼントすることができます。
