Easy pick up and drop off. Make sure to use a credit card to book, because they do not accept debit cards.

Online booking/checkout at airport was quick and easy! Got good speeds for the entire trip for 3+ devices and had no issues! Return was easy as well. Would recommend and use again!

Loved how easy it was to locate pickup right at Incheon Airport. Process was quick and efficient. Customer Service Representative both friendly and thorough! Do wish the portable wifi lasted a smidgen longer as it would run out before the end of the day. Though, recharging with external battery pack was very doable... Thank you Trazy!

I rented the wifi portable egg from the incheon airport in South Korea. They provided all the cables and plug. It was a quick pick up and wifi was good.

This pocket wifi is very easy to use and very convenience. It comes together with a spare battery and a cable for recharhing. I bought the 30days package. All days are connected without interruption. The battery life on the pocket wifi can last for 1 whole day. It would be better if the price of rental for long term package could be reduced by another 20%. ^^ Thanks Trazy. I will consider to buy from Trazy again in the future.

Very easy to pick up provides 3 phones with wifi. Sometime connection does not work. But great to use they also gave us an extra battery pack and charger for it

This is my first time traveling to Korea and also using the Trazy app, so everything was very new for me. But I can 100% recommend their service if you are deciding to rent a pocket wifi or any other booking. I am so happy and thankful for their excelent customer service. I had researched before many other pocket wifi options/providers, but this pocket wifi with Trazy was the best option and they offer a great price.

Usage
Extension		You can extend your usage for another 30 days or add extra days on a separate extension page that will be provided in the confirmation email.
  • 30-day extension: 55,000 Won
  • Per day extension: 3,300 Won/per day.
  • The number of rental days is counted on a daily basis, including the pick-up date.
  • Please show your confirmation email with your passport and credit card (Visa/Master Card ONLY) to pick up the wifi router.
  • Your credit card (Visa/Master Card ONLY) will be held open for a security deposit upon pick-up. If you do not return the portable wifi, 100,000 KRW will be charged to your credit card.
  • Credit cards not accepted: any credit card issued by Hana Card, any American Express credit card, and Samsung Card credit card issued outside of Korea.
    *Your credit card must have more than 3 months before the expiry date to pick up your wifi device.
  • You can also rent a portable charger for free (airport pickup only), but 10,000 Won will be charged if you lose it.
  • You can return the device at any one of the pick-up locations.
  • Even though you rent for 30 days, you can return the device early at any time before the 30 days. No refund will be issued for early returns.
  • If you do not return your device on the return date, your device will stop working at 12:00am.

  1. The number of rental days is counted on a daily basis, including the pick-up date.
  2. If you use it for more days than you first reserved, additional fees per day will be charged.
  3. The device model can vary depending on availability.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date and less: Non-refundable.

FAQ

Do I need to bring a credit card on the pick up date? Can I use a debit card for pick up?

Yes, the wifi company requires a credit card to pick up the portable wifi. Please show your credit card to the staff from the wifi company and the credit card will be held open for a security deposit.

And debit card is not allowed for pick up.

When I pick up the portable wifi, do I need to show the same credit card that I used for the booking?

No, it does not need to be the same credit card. The credit card that you will show upon pick up for a security deposit and the credit card that you used for the booking can be different.

Can I bring a copy of my passport to pick up the device?

No, you must bring your original passport, a physical credit card, and your confirmation email to pick up the device. Copies of your passport are not accepted.

Can I return the portable wifi to a location which is different from my pick up location?

Yes, you can return the devices at any one of the pick up locations. Your pick up and return location do not need to be the same.

Can I pick up or return the portable wifi during weekends?

All branches except Incheon Airport branches are closed on weekends. Please check the opening hours for each location before your visit.
