Validity	30 days If you are staying in Korea for less than 18 days, rent a short-term portable WiFi router to stay connected during your trip.

Usage Extension	You can extend your usage for another 30 days or add extra days on a separate extension page that will be provided in the confirmation email. 30-day extension: 55,000 Won Per day extension: 3,300 Won/per day.
The number of rental days is counted on a daily basis, including the pick-up date. Please show your confirmation email with your passport and credit card (Visa/Master Card ONLY) to pick up the wifi router. Your credit card (Visa/Master Card ONLY) will be held open for a security deposit upon pick-up. If you do not return the portable wifi, 100,000 KRW will be charged to your credit card. Credit cards not accepted: any credit card issued by Hana Card, any American Express credit card, and Samsung Card credit card issued outside of Korea. *Your credit card must have more than 3 months before the expiry date to pick up your wifi device. You can also rent a portable charger for free (airport pickup only), but 10,000 Won will be charged if you lose it. You can return the device at any one of the pick-up locations. Even though you rent for 30 days, you can return the device early at any time before the 30 days. No refund will be issued for early returns. If you do not return your device on the return date, your device will stop working at 12:00am.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund.
1 day before the reserved date and less: Non-refundable.

FAQ

Do I need to bring a credit card on the pick up date? Can I use a debit card for pick up?

Yes, the wifi company requires a credit card to pick up the portable wifi. Please show your credit card to the staff from the wifi company and the credit card will be held open for a security deposit.

And debit card is not allowed for pick up.

When I pick up the portable wifi, do I need to show the same credit card that I used for the booking?

No, it does not need to be the same credit card. The credit card that you will show upon pick up for a security deposit and the credit card that you used for the booking can be different.

Can I bring a copy of my passport to pick up the device?

No, you must bring your original passport, a physical credit card, and your confirmation email to pick up the device. Copies of your passport are not accepted.

Can I return the portable wifi to a location which is different from my pick up location?

Yes, you can return the devices at any one of the pick up locations. Your pick up and return location do not need to be the same.

Can I pick up or return the portable wifi during weekends?

All branches except Incheon Airport branches are closed on weekends. Please check the opening hours for each location before your visit.

Are power banks included with the portable Wifi router?

Power banks are provided as a complimentary item with the rental device. However, availability may vary depending on the pick-up location, and performance may differ. Please note that power banks are NOT guaranteed as part of the rental package.
