- The running kit souvenir can be redeemed at the registration counter from Mar 28 at 1:00pm to Mar 29 at 8:00am. Please collect your kit before the running event.
- Participation on both days is not mandatory. The main running event will be held on Mar 29.
- A separate link will be provided in the confirmation email. Please select your preferred course and T-shirt size through the Google Form.
- Participants must have the physical and mental strength to complete the selected course.
- Please keep valuables with you at all times, as the event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- The event is covered by basic event accident insurance; however, compensation is subject to the insurance policy terms, and damages caused by personal negligence may not be covered.
- Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes, including official channels, social media, and press releases.
- Delays or absence due to traffic congestion, flight or ferry delays, or parking issues are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

[Eligibility and health condition]
- If you fall under any of the following conditions, please refrain from strenuous participation. Participation may be restricted if necessary. (e.g., heart disease / respiratory disease / musculoskeletal disorders, etc.)
- All participants are required to agree to a health check and safety waiver for event operations.
- If you experience dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any abnormal symptoms during the run, please stop immediately and seek assistance from nearby staff or the medical team.
- While safety personnel and medical support will be available, participants are responsible for monitoring their own health and preventing injuries caused by overexertion.
[Operations, attire, and safety control]
- This event takes place on actual roads and outdoor spaces, and certain sections will operate under partial traffic control.
- At major points such as intersections, turnaround points, and water stations, please follow the instructions of safety staff for your protection.
- For safety reasons, the following actions may be restricted:
- Leaving the designated course
- Jaywalking
- Entering vehicle or pedestrian traffic areas or other dangerous behavior
- Due to the nature of outdoor events, schedules, courses, or programs may be changed, reduced, or suspended without prior notice in case of rain, strong winds, extreme heat, lightning, or other safety concerns.
- We ask for your understanding that such measures are taken for participant safety.
- In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, refunds may not be available.
- Instructions from on-site staff are provided for everyone's safety. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.
- To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from behavior that may cause discomfort to others, including smoking, littering, or trespassing on private property.

- SONO RUNTRIP 180K in Jeju includes programs that allow participation with pet dogs.
- To ensure a safe experience for all participants and pets, please follow the guidelines below.
- Pet-friendly programs are operated under separate regulations.
- A leash (within 2 meters) is mandatory within the event venue. Retractable leashes are not recommended for safety reasons.
- A leash will be provided by the operator; however, you may bring your own. A 1.2 meter leash will be provided for medium to large dogs, and a 1.5 meter leash will be provided for small to medium-sized dogs.
- If a pet may pose a threat to other dogs or people, a muzzle may be required for safety.
- If there are concerns regarding aggression or lack of control, participation in programs may be restricted depending on the on-site situation.
- Please bring your own pet supplies, including food, treats, bowls, and waste bags.
