- This ticket is for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. A valid ID (i.e passport) will be needed for verification.
- There are limited hours of use on weekends and public holidays. (3 hours limit) / Weekdays unlimited.
- Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
- The program/event may end upon supply depletion.
- The program schedule may change due to animals' health and field conditions. Please check the program/event time on-site.

Infants under 18 months enter free of charge (ID required). Children between 18 and 36 months receive a 30% on-site discount—please bring a passport. All children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
Are there any branch-specific usage limits?
At Yeongdeungpo Seoul, Dongtan, and Hanam branches, weekend and public holiday visits are limited to 4 hours. Weekdays offer unlimited usage.
