The room was clean and spacious. The Trazy package made the resort easy to navigate. The ski rental was great and being able to walk out on the slopes each day was convenient. Would use Trazy again to book this as it made it a pleasure to visit.

I understand early in the season not all slopes can be opened but only 4 slopes open is way way way too little with one of them being expert only slopes. Resulting long chair lift waiting time and poor slopes conditions

Staying at yongpyong ski resort is definitely a good experience. Especially if you already know how to ski or snowboard. If you’re a first timer, better to book an instructor.

Highly recommend! Super near to ski range and convenience for us to go for snowboarding. Lift pass is included and beautiful place. People are friendly and nice. Just that the pillow not comfortable to sleep

Found the all-in-one package a good deal and overall a great experience for my family 1st ski trip. Staff are nice and helpful. We chose to stay at the Tower Condominium for 3 people and the room was very spacious. Some cons: There was stain on 1 bedsheet and 1 person had to sleep on the floor with the bedding set, which was uncomfortable. Ski equipment was heavy with some distance to lug between snow slope and hotel.

A fantastic package for anyone wanting to experience a Korean ski resort! Check-in and ticket collection were both very easy and uncomplicated. The staff were all very proficient in English for those that can't speak Korean. The resort itself is very large with lots of options for food and things to do. The slopes were also fantastic and so was the snow!

Dragon Valley hotel room was very spacious, right next to the ski resort. Hotel staffs are friendly and super helpful. The ski resort has good facilities. But we went a bit early so many slopes are not open yet. The weekend was super crowded.

This was my best skiing season ever since I started. We reviewed a bit on Monday and had ski lesson with really good trainer on Tuesday morning and one more day to practice on Wednesday. Hopefully next ski season I can do 11 style freely 😃 We found that the Döner Kebab place in dragon plaza and the Gold Snack are the most delicious! Will definitely come back again!

Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please show your mobile ticket at the ticket office on the 1st floor of Dragon Plaza to redeem your lift and rental passes.

  1. Please ensure that you return the equipment on the last day after you have finished using it. Once returned, it cannot be rented again.
  2. All the tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued on the day.
  3. Extra fees may be charged for early check-in, late check-out or additional bedding or towels.
  4. For the comfort of your stay and maintaining the quality of the rooms, please comply with the resort policy of basic capacity per room by paying the extra charge for any additional people.

What is included in the Yongpyong Ski Resort overnight package?

The package includes your accommodation at Yongpyong Ski Resort, lift pass (lift + gondola), and ski or snowboard rental. Meals, goggles, gloves, helmet, ski lessons, and a tour guide are not included.

Can I choose between skiing and snowboarding?

Yes, you can select either skiing or snowboarding. However, once you receive your equipment, you cannot change between skiing and snowboarding.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.

What is the minimum age for skiing or snowboarding?

The minimum age is 5 years old for both skiing and snowboarding. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for safety reasons.

Are pets allowed at Yongpyong Resort?

No, pets are not allowed in the resort rooms or facilities.

Can I rent goggles, helmets, or gloves at the resort?

Yes, these items are available at an additional cost:

- Goggles: ~20,000 won (including deposit)
- Helmet: ~5,000 won
- Gloves: ~20,000 won (purchase only)

Can I re-rent the equipment after returning it?

No, once you return your equipment on the last day, you cannot rent it again.
