After booking, a mobile voucher will be sent to your email. Please present the mobile voucher and your ID, and complete the boarding declaration before boarding.

- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your reserved time.
- Life jackets must be worn at all times (provided on the yacht). A penalty of 100,000 won will be imposed for failure to wear a life jacket.
- A boarding declaration form must be completed upon boarding (name, date of birth, phone number). Boarding will be refused if the form is not completed.
- Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be brought on board. Portable infant seats are allowed but must be secured by a guardian.
- For reservations of 2 hours or more, beverages and food are permitted, but foods with strong odors are not allowed.
- For reservations of 2 hours or more, you may anchor and swim in the sea, but showering on the yacht is unavailable. Changing clothes is permitted.
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The tour may be canceled due to the weather conditions (typhoon, heavy rain, etc.). In this case, a full refund will be provided.

4 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 60% refund
3 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 50% refund
2 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 40% refund
1 day before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 30% refund
After 5:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 5 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

What happens if it rains on the day?
The yacht can still operate in light rain. However, if the weather conditions are severe, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Can baby strollers be brought on board?
Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be brought on board. Portable infant seats are allowed but must be secured by a guardian.
Can I bring food or drinks on board?
For reservations of 2 hours or more, food and drinks are permitted, but please refrain from bringing foods with strong odors. For reservations under 2 hours, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
How many people can board the yacht?
The yacht can accommodate up to 11 people.
Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, there is a restroom on board for your comfort. However, showering on the yacht is not permitted.
Can I bring a wheelchair or stroller on the yacht?
Wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on board the yacht. However, portable infant seats are permitted and must be securely held by a guardian during the cruise.
