We booked through the customer service instead of Trazy app as we have five pax. It was seamless. Trazy emailed and WhatsApp us the pickup location in Myeongdong two days before. However for the return trip we did not receive any instructions. They sent me after I WhatsApp to ask for the information. We were dropped off at the bus terminal at the resort area and had to walk a distance to reach the resort entrance. There was not very clear instructions who we should follow as apparently there were different staff at different points to 'take over'. The resort was very comfortable and clean and huge. It would be nice if the towels provided are bigger (they gave only hand towel size). We collected the ski clothes at the rental shop below the resort, the options were limited, would be nice if there were more to choose from.

Can I get my lift pass or rental ticket re-issued on the day of the tour?
No, all tickets including lift passes, equipment rentals, and attraction admissions cannot be re-issued on the day. Please make sure to keep them safe once received.
Are all ski slopes at the Vivaldi Park open during the season?
Some ski slopes may be closed due to weather conditions. Please check the slope status before your visit.
Who can book this Vivaldi Park Ski Resort package?
This package is strictly for foreigners only. A valid passport or foreign ID is required for verification. Korean nationals and foreign residents with PR status cannot book this package.
Are children charged the same as adults?
Yes, the same price applies to both adults and children. However, children under 3 years old are free of charge and must share a seat with a parent in the shuttle vehicle.
