After an exciting tuk-tuk ride to a local market, you'll pick out fresh ingredients before diving into the cooking session. Guided by friendly instructors, you’ll prepare and enjoy authentic Thai dishes, like chicken fried rice or spicy minced pork salad. Finish your experience with a delicious meal and a certificate to celebrate your new culinary skills!

This is a small group join-in class for up to 8 people.

Itinerary

8:50am / 1:20pm

Meet the instructor at Maliwan Thai Cooking Class

9:00am / 1:30pm

Take a tuk-tuk ride to the local market and get acquainted with a variety of vegetables, Thai spices, and herbs

9:45am / 2:15pm

Return to the cooking school for a short break and enjoy a welcome drink

10:15am / 2:45pm

First cooking demonstration: the instructor will demonstrate the first two dishes

10:30am / 3:00pm

Move to the stove area and start cooking the two dishes with the instructor's assistance

11:15am / 3:45pm

Head to the dining area to taste the dishes you've prepared, and take a short break before the next session

11:30am / 4:00pm

Second cooking demonstration: the instructor will demonstrate two more dishes

11:45am / 4:15pm

Move to the stove area and prepare the final two dishes

12:40pm / 5:20pm

After savoring the delicious food and engaging in conversation, the school will provide each participant with a certificate of completion

1:00pm / 5:30pm

End of class
