- Please note that a thorough search for prohibited items will be conducted. Therefore, you must provide the passcode for your luggage upon booking. If your luggage contains any prohibited items, delivery may be refused on the day.

FAQ
How does the same-day delivery work?
If you drop off your luggage at a designated counter within the same-day delivery cut-off time, you will be able to retrieve it on the same day. If you drop off your luggage after the cut-off time, it will be delivered the following day.
When can I pick up the luggage?
From airports, you can retrieve your luggage from 6:00pm onwards. From hotels or golf courses, you can retrieve your luggage from 8:00pm onwards. You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.
Which hotels and golf courses does this service cover?
The service covers all hotels & golf courses in Bangkok and Phuket. *Please note that delivery is not available to the surrounding islands of Phuket.
