Was a good day and trainers were very patient with us. Trazy agents asked us to book for my 3 year old son too, however he wasn’t able to do much. So booking for him was pretty much a waste. Other than that the trainers took our pictures and taught us very well

Great experience. We had to change lesson time/date and the ski school was so understanding to our situation and accommodated us twice! Instructor was patient and we really enjoyed the lesson. Thank you Trazy and JSki!

The kids enjoyed their lesson. Instructor stopped the class for a bit because they were freezing, and the kids were really grateful for that.

Thank you for giving us a patience coach, the kids really enjoyed their 2 days classes. Coach June Kang is very responsive and responsible. Jski service is excellent as well from the day we aboard the bus and returned.

Thought this was a solid introduction to snowboarding if you have zero experience. Best to be physically prepared for a three-hour session in order for you to maximize your lesson time and just have an overall enjoyable experience.

It was easy to look for the organisers when we arrive as our driver helped. Otherwise, it would be good for them to hold a signage. It was fortunate that we arrived much earlier as more time is needed to try out the winter clothes and collect the gears. Overall, the instructors were very professional and able to train my husband and kids to snowboard. Only bad thing was that no instructions were given on how to return the winter clothes. We were unable to contact anyone in charge in the quickest time as we needed to leave. We had to leave the clothes in a locker for them to retrieve the next day.

Ski Lesson was fun! Our coach Tyson was very good, patient & accommodating. Trazy as well was very accommodating in terms of our free shuttle bus service going to Vivaldi.
Highlight of our 4 days in Seoul was our SKI EXPERIENCE :)

- You have to come to the information booth in the Main Center building at Vivaldi park and meet the staff 30 minutes before your lesson time in order to get your ski equipment and lift pass prepared for the lesson.
- Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking as the instructor will contact you via messenger a day before your visit. The instructor will let you know the exact meeting time and location.
- Please note that some slopes may not be available depending on weather conditions.
- You are required to bring a valid ID for the equipment/clothes rental service.
