  5. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with your hairstyle unless it significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.
  6. Refunds are only available if improper procedures in chemical bonding result in hair damage or breakage, making it difficult to achieve the desired outcome.
    *Please note that chemical treatments may cause some hair damage, and you are considered to have acknowledges this when receiving services.
  7. For the "Discover Your Personal Beauty" option, please come with basic makeup applied and your hair shampooed, as shampooing is not included.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
6 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
5~4 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
3 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 10 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
