Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
As this salon is popular among locals, your preferred date and time may not be available. In this case, we will inform you via email.
Specific designer requests are not available.
A preliminary consultation will be conducted via the messenger ID you provided upon booking. Please ensure your messenger ID is correct and allow for ID searches.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with your hairstyle unless it significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.
Refunds are only available if improper procedures in chemical bonding result in hair damage or breakage, making it difficult to achieve the desired outcome.
*Please note that chemical treatments may cause some hair damage, and you are considered to have acknowledges this when receiving services.

The stylists at Comme Nana can only communicate in Korean. For additional requests, please consult the shop manager, who can assist in English and Japanese.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
11 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
10~6 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
5~3 days before the reserved date: 30% refund
2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
