- As this salon is popular among locals, your preferred date and time may not be available. In this case, we will inform you via email.
- Specific designer requests are not available.
- A preliminary consultation will be conducted via the messenger ID you provided upon booking. Please ensure your messenger ID is correct and allow for ID searches.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with your hairstyle unless it significantly differs from what was discussed during the consultation.
- Refunds are only available if improper procedures in chemical bonding result in hair damage or breakage, making it difficult to achieve the desired outcome.
*Please note that chemical treatments may cause some hair damage, and you are considered to have acknowledges this when receiving services. - For the "Discover Your Personal Beauty" option, please come with basic makeup applied and your hair shampooed, as shampooing is not included.
- For the "Men's hair care & styling" and "scalp care + haircut" options, please come without shampooing beforehand.
- The stylists at Comme Nana can only communicate in Korean. For additional requests, please consult the shop manager, who can assist in English and Japanese.
- Comme Nana has two locations in Apgujeongrodeo area - Main Branch and Cheongdam Branch. Please select the appropriate branch and make sure to visit the correct location.
