The counter took a long time to process our tickets because their worker did not seem familiar with this form of purchase. She had to call her supervisor over for assistance.
The park was amazing and the weather was beautiful. The food is so so and to rent a cabana will cost you an arm and a leg, so save your money for a great dinner or use it against the cost of a mid luxury hotel.

The ticket includes one-day admission to Ocean World and access to all available pools, water slides, outdoor lock and shower facilities during operating hours.
Is there a specific date I have to use the ticket?

Date changes are possible up to 2 days before your visit. Please contact us in advance to make any changes.
What should I bring to Ocean World?
Please bring your swimwear, towel, and waterproof pouch. Swim caps are required in some pools. Rentals are also available on-site.
Are there lockers and showers available?
Yes, locker rooms, showers, and changing rooms are available for all guests. A small locker rental fee may apply.
What if it rains on the day of my visit?
Ocean World operates as usual even on rainy days. However, in case of severe weather or typhoons, the park may close temporarily. If that happens, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.
Is food allowed inside the water park?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, there are various restaurants, snack bars, and cafes inside the park.
Are child tickets available?
No, the same price applies to both adults and children. But children under 36 months are free of charge.
Is there a separate area for children?
Yes, Ocean World has a designated kids' zone with shallow pools, mini slides, and safety facilities for young children.
