I’d like to thank our tour guide Stella for her amazing service. She was extremely helpful and informative and was an all round joy! Thank you Stella! The day was good and eventful! It wasn’t too much. It would be a bit better if there was more time on Nami Island but overall the trip was good. The transport was fast and reliable. The Ice Villlage was really interesting and wasn’t too much walking (although it was crowded but that was unavoidable).

The experience was wonderful, the tour was well organized, super punctual and we had enough time to explore everything. The tour guide was super kind, gave us a lot of information and made the experience even more funny.

Awesome. The tour guide CJ was a very humble and nice interactive guy. With the management handled perfectly and aligned directions for all the tourists at that spot along the tour guide, it was a great experience for someone to have on a trip 😉. I would love to be again on the tour to explore new places with Trazy crew

Overall: Worth it! Very convenient since you don’t have to think of anything else. Just go with the flow, everthing’s been planned out! Initially we were thinking of just DIY-ing it but thank goodness we didn’t. Good thing we saw this tour and availed :) Logistics: Meet up time was 7AM at Shinsegae Duty Free Myeongdong. It was so early but just in time for the itinerary so all good there! Our bus was pink so it was easy to distinguish from the other tour buses haha! Tour Guide: Our tour guide was Simon. He messaged the night before to remind us on the call time and meetup point. He is very nice, helpful, speaks English, willing to take your pictures for you. He even recommended the food for lunch and arranged the lunch reservation for everyone! Plus, after the tour, he sent some recommendations for some indoor tourists spots we can visit next. Went above and beyond! Itinerary: Great itinerary! Eobi Valley was magical! Not that much to see, just the big ice formation but still worth to visit! Looks sooo nice in the pictures. Alpaca World was enjoyable! We thought only alpacas are here but there are other animals too: deer, sheep, capybara, owls, rabbits, eagle, birds, pony, and more! It was so fun to feed them!! Try it!! We bought 10 Paca coins. Only 1000 won per feed. The Paca Bread at the cafe was delicious! Don’t forget to try it!! 7 pcs for 4900won. We also bought a souvenir from the shop, an alpaca stuffed toy for 45,000won. So cute!! We went to lunch after at a Dak Galbi restaurant, which Simon has willingly arranged for us (but paid for our own). He gave us the option to join or go to another restaurant. But I think most, if not all, just joined in. Nami Island was great! Very nice to take pictures in. There were peacocks roaming around freely haha! We also saw rabbit, ostrich, and lots of birds. Downside is the muddy pathways :(. I think it’s great to visit here during spring or autumn so it will be colorful.

I think it’s great to visit here during spring or autumn so it will be colorful.

i definitely recommend this trip! the tour guide, CJ, was very friendly and helpful - since i was alone, we talked a lot and he helped me and the other take pictures at each destination. we started at eobi ice valley, which was quite pretty, though a short trip. from there, we went to alpaca world! the animals there were so cute and we had lots of opportunities to feed and interact with them. a lot of alpaca world is steep slopes, so i would bear that in mind if you have issues with that sort of thing, but aside from that, i highly recommend. after, we got food at a traditional korean restaurant serving dakgalbi, and then we finally got to nami island. i wasn't sure what to expect, but i was very impressed. the scenery was lovely and there was something very calming about the atmosphere there. once we met after nami island, we ended our tour in the garden of morning calm. it was pretty at night with the light displays, and was a good way to finish the day. overall, i enjoyed my trip and would recommend it to others!!

This was a great day… I just wish we could have had more time at both Nami Island and Garden of the Morning Calm. I feel like there was so much that we missed. But the tour was great! The staff was friendly and helpful but gave you space. The whole thing was fun and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed my trip to these three places, as I have wanted to visit Eobi Ice Valley for a very long time! The pick-up was very smooth and uncomplicated, and the tour guides contacted us the day before to make sure we all had the information. I especially liked the garden of morning calm, which was a lot more impressive than I expected- so I’m definitely glad I got to see it before I leave Korea. One of the best parts of my trip was the English-speaking guide, Mr Sam Lee. He was so friendly and informative, and answered the many questions I had about Korean history in general. His enthusiasm was so nice, and I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Every place we visited during the tour had beautiful scenery. Eobi Ice Valley was very cool, Nami Island was healing and peaceful, and the Garden of the Morning Calm Light Festival was absolutely stunning in the evening. I felt like we had enough time at each spot, although I wish we had a bit more time at the light festival to enjoy the lights at night. Our tour guide Irene was also very kind and explained everything really well. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to visit these 3 spots in 1 convenient day trip!

It was absolutely wonderful. The tour guide Kathy was really nice and responsible. She took us to a very nice ttakgalbi restaurant and made sure that we were all taken care of. The spots themselves were really beautiful and it was really nice for us to be led to places without any difficulty. Some extra comments: - There were plenty places where we could go to the bathroom - There were plenty food places and cafés so we were never hungry or thirsty (also good places for people who don't speak Korean) - If we had questions we could just ask the tour guide (- FYI it's important to bring warm clothing because the Garden of morning calm is really cold!) Thank you so much Kathy and Trazy. We really had a wonderful time!

The tour guide is very pretty and responsible. Even take care of others first and having her lunch after all of us are done. As the snows start melting during the period we went, it is a little bit disappointed as the snowy view is not as amazed as we thought earlier. Still it worth a visit. Recommend all to go in mid winter for a better view. Lastly, as the traffic is less heavy as expected, we reached all tourist spots earlier and leave earlier than planned as well. It's bit wasted that we cannot really spend more time in the garden as we need to leave just right after the day turned dark. Which we can only feel the beauty of the lightening!

My brother and I had a wonderful time out of Seoul! We weren't expecting being taken such good care of when booking the tour. Our tourguide Jun was really helpful, kind, and a very good driver. The garden of the morning calm is definitely a MUST do during the Winter festival. It is magical! Would definitely consider booking more tours through Trazy from now on :)
